We take care of everything stationery and paper related for your event, including:
Save the Dates, Invitation Suites, and Day-of Details
We take out the guess work on quantities, paper quality, printing techniques and the hassle of the post office.
We cover quality control, counting, assembly and mailing of your invitations.
From the moment your guests see your Save the Date to the moment they pick up your menu card,
they will feel the overall experience of a custom branded wedding tailored to you.
Design Process
Consultation
We begin our process with an in-person meeting or call to talk over your ideas, quantity needs and your timeline.
We go over any design inspiration, questions you have about printing types, fun embellishments, and our process together.
After our initial chat, we will tailor your quote and proposal to your stationery needs and wants.
When you’re ready, you’ll sign our contract and we will get the ball rolling.
Artwork & Design
At each stage of your stationery suite, we begin with a series of sketches and different design ideas for your suite.
We take your inspiration and content needs to map out the best design direction.
Once, we settle on an overall design, painting and drafts start to come together.
We help you with the etiquette of wording, different versions of cards you may need,
and nail down any embellishments to finish your suite design.
We edit and perfect each piece in your suite until they are ready to print.
Production
Finally, we select the best printer for your stationery, order materials, test print, weigh your suites for mailing,
purchase postage, address the envelopes, assemble and get ready to mail out!
Your Investment
While custom wedding stationery does cost a bit more than stock designs, the luxury of hiring a designer
takes out a lot of the guess work and pumps it up with personal touches and unique artwork.
Most of our clients spend with us between $8000 - $15,000
for their entire wedding stationery suite.
This includes most couples’ needs, including save the dates, invitations and day-of pieces for 150 guests.
After an initial consultation call with you, we will customize a better estimate for your needs and wants for your stationery.
Our proposals are broken into two main categories:
Design
This is a flat design fee that encompasses everything from sketching and painting time of your custom artwork, expertise in all things wedding stationery related, from paper to printing techniques, to finer details and wording etiquette. It also includes any fun research on ideas, inspiration, and materials. It, of course, includes assembling your suites to be ready to mail out to guests too.
Printing & Materials
This will be the actual paper, printing and material costs for your suite. Our baseline printing includes 120# paper stock and digital flat printing of your custom art.
Additionally, will reflect your upgrades to paper and printing, envelopes, embellishments, postage, and any other materials needed to make your stationery dreams come true.
